More than a massage
Turn touch into a love language
Learn simple, effective massage techniques that make touch a natural, everyday part of how you show love — building intimacy, communication, and care into your relationship, not just for a special occasion.
We believe touch shouldn't be limited to sex. Safe, consensual touch can be healing, grounding, and one of the most direct ways to say I see you to the person you love.
Heal, grow, and connect together
Intentional touch can ease tension, quiet stress, and create the kind of emotional safety where you both feel cared for.
Our online couples massage course guides you through it together — with interactive activities you can practice in real time, step-by-step video instruction, and a companion ebook you can return to whenever you need a reset.
Rediscover what intimacy means
Step out of autopilot and build a ritual that's just yours. Giving and receiving care this way strengthens intimacy, both emotional and physical.
Along the way, you'll also learn how to ask for what you need, read your partner's cues, and communicate through touch itself — the pressure of a hand, the pace of a breath, the quiet calm of shared attention.
Bring spa-like relaxation home
Skip the appointment and the drive. Bring the the spa into your own space, on your own schedule, whenever you both need it — from the lighting to the aromatherapy, you'll create a calm, sensory-forward experience built for co-regulation.
This 60-minute online couples massage class will also teach you how to curate your environment with intention.

Carlton Uko, B.S. (Kinesiology), LMT, CMT
Carlton's passion for wellness started at Howard University, where he studied Kinesiology and took psychology courses that sparked his interest in the mind-body connection. That foundation shaped the thoughtful, intuitive care he brings to his clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in the health and wellness space — including 10 within physical therapy, 8 as a licensed massage therapist, and 6 as an educator — Carlton has supported and taught everyone from athletes and entertainers to everyday people. He's also studied Thai Massage and Reflexology, bringing added depth to his practice. Referral-based and known for his therapeutic touch, Carlton brings the same professionalism and whole-person perspective to every client he works with. Inspired by his own marriage, Carlton knows firsthand how easy it is to drift into autopilot with the people we love — and how powerful intentional touch can be in bringing us back to each other. Using his wife as his "forever muse," he began hosting in-person couples massage classes for partners looking to learn from his expertise. After two years of successful workshops, he developed DUETS to make couples massage accessible as an online offering, so that distance would never stand between him helping a couple reconnect. Through DUETS, he helps couples rebuild intimacy, relieve stress, and experience touch as a meaningful practice, not just a moment. He also owns and operates The Well Pasadena, where he currently offers mobile massage therapy to private clients, couples massage workshops, and corporate wellness services across California.

Frequently asked questions
Almost certainly. Most couples who start DUETS have never done anything like this — that's exactly who it's for. The techniques are simple and the pace is gentle, so if one of you is more hesitant, there's no pressure to rush.
You don't need a rough patch to need it: some come to reconnect, others just want a ritual that's their own. With a little intention, your own space becomes the setting — no appointment, no drive, no stranger's hands.
None at all. Every technique is broken down step by step for total beginners. If you can follow along to a video, you can do this — no training, no background, nothing to memorize.
DUETS is a self-paced video course you can take anytime, in your own space. You'll move through guided modules for the face, neck and shoulders, back, arms, hips, legs, and feet — about 60 minutes of easy-to-follow lessons in all, plus a bonus e-book that's yours to keep.
DUETS is led by Carlton Uko, a licensed massage therapist with a B.S. in Kinesiology. With over 15 years of experience in health and wellness, he's worked in physical therapy settings and has served as both a practicing therapist and an educator. He's also trained in Thai massage and reflexology, and brings a whole-person approach to everything he teaches.
Married over 10 years himself, he built DUETS from firsthand experience: how easy it is to drift into autopilot with the person you love, and how powerful intentional touch can be in finding your way back. Meet your instructor →
For life. Once you join, DUETS is yours to revisit whenever you want — to practice a technique again, or just to slow down together on a quiet night.
No. DUETS is about intentional, therapeutic touch — the kind that releases tension and brings you back to each other. It slows you down and deepens closeness, but it's tasteful, comfortable, and made for real couples.
Right away. Access is instant. The moment you join, everything unlocks and you can begin your first module together.
While we provided a suggested supplies list, everything is designed for the space you already have. A bed, a couch, or a few cushions on the floor is all you need to begin.
DUETS is built for two. We highly recommend you take turns giving and receiving, so you each learn how to care for the other. You're welcome to watch ahead on your own, but the best part happens together.
DUETS is a online wellness course made for couples to enjoy together at home, not a licensed or accredited massage therapy program. You won't earn a professional license or certification. You will, however, receive a certificate of completion to mark the experience — a keepsake for the two of you, not a credential for practicing on others.
Because Duets is a digital course with instant, lifetime access, all purchases are final and we don't offer refunds. We know that's a real commitment, so take your time with the course details before you join — and if you're ever unsure whether it's right for you, reach out first and we'll happily answer any questions.
